There are two types of pizza to choose from: the Pizza Napoletana (classic round Pizza) and the Pizza Romana in Teglia (square pizza from the baking tray)
For the Pizza Napoletana , the weight of the pizza ball is preset to 280g. This allows you to form a pizza with a diameter of approx. 32 cm. If you want to bake a Pizza Romana from a backing tray, you only have to enter the size of your tray and the pizza dough calculator does the rest.
