LANGUAGE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is the English translation of the original general terms and conditions in German. The German version of the general terms and conditions is binding.
SHIPPING
PizzaPastaBros will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Please note if you choose standard shipping your package may be left at your front door or mailbox if you're not home. PizzaPastaBros is not responsible if shipment is damaged or does not arrive at all. In case of damage during transport or loss of the shipment, please contact the delivery company directly.
FREIGHT AND DELIVERY COSTS
In addition to the stated product prices shipping costs are added. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and depend on the size and weight of the product. The shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process, before completing the order.
*PizzaPastaBros verwendet in ihren AGBs das generische Maskulinum. Weibliche und anderweitige Geschlechteridentitäten sind dabei ausdrücklich mitgemeint.
PAYMENT METHODS
The PizzaPastaBros webshop accepts debit and credit cards as well as TWINT. Purchase on account is not possible. All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
DECLARATION ON PRODUCT AND SURFACE FINISHES
The Madia and Pastaboard are handmade products from wood. Since they are natural materials, the actual product colors and surface finishes may differ from the product shown in the webshop. Certain unevenness in the product finish cannot be avoided due to the manufacturing process. Please also note that monitors, operating systems and web browsers may display colors differently.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
The return conditions apply to all products purchased from the PizzaPastaBros webshop. The customer acknowledges that PizzaPastaBros provides a platform for users to purchase products and that a contract between the purchaser and PizzaPastaBros is concluded. Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
A product purchased from PizzaPastaBros webshop can be returned within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods and the customer will receive a voucher as a refund. No cash refunds will be offered. Returns received by PizzaPastaBros outside the 14-day return period or in damaged condition will not be accepted.
Incorrectly delivered or damaged products must be reported by the buyer to PizzaPastaBros within 10 calendar days after receiving the goods. In consultation, the amount will be refunded or the product will be exchanged.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygienic reasons, products that have already been used and are therefore no longer in their original condition are excluded from exchange and refund.
When returning a product that has already been used, no voucher can be issued and the product will be returned to the purchaser. The shipping costs incurred in this case will be borne by the purchaser.
RETURN PROCESS
For any returns, PizzaPastaBros must be contacted in advance by the customer: info@pizzapastabros.ch. Unannounced returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
PizzaPastaBros will send a return form to the customer. This return form must be filled out completely and sent to PizzaPastaBros together with the return item. The return address is noted on the return form.
PizzaPastaBros does not cover shipping costs for return shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping method with tracking feature is recommended for safe delivery of returns. Non-arriving returns cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Once PizzaPastaBros has received the return item, the product will be checked.If the returned product is in good condition, the buyer will receive a voucher for the value of the returned product for the PizzaPastaBros webshop. The buyer will receive an email with a voucher code.
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PizzaPastaBros reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time by making changes on this page. It is expected that this page is checked from time to time to take note of any changes, as they are binding. Some of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions may also be superseded by other provisions or notices published elsewhere on the PizzaPastaBros website.
